Great products and teams both result from good design. I’ve built and scaled successful teams, while leading product design and go-to-market efforts for over 15 years.

As an organizational leader with a product design mindset, I have in-house and consulting experience, delivering both 0 to 1 and 1 to n stage products with multi-disciplinary teams. As a VP and department lead, I’ve scaled and run successful teams—focusing on everything from ops, hiring, tooling, process, career development, culture, DEI initiatives, and more. In general, I aim to cultivate the right conditions for individuals and teams to continuously improve and deliver exceptional work.

THINK COMPANY

Spearheading strategy & growth

Think Company is a growing product design and technology agency based in Philadelphia. Since joining, I’ve built teams that have directly helped to drive revenue growth by over 300%.

Our delivery teams focus on shipping products and features while delivering groundbreaking design work at scale. This often involves teaching clients how to build more effective product teams by establishing processes and developing new capabilities.

During this continued growth period, my teams’ turnover rates remained below the industry average thanks to an environment that fostered strong morale, camaraderie, and inclusion.

ORBITZ
